LOW PRESSURE EXTRUDER
Using the dough prepared in the mixing vessel (UT), the low
pressure extruder allows to form die cut shapes which can be
directly fried. The machine features two independent
cylinders that can be used in sequence for a higher
mechanical action or alone.
