MIXER

This unit is used to prepare the mixture of ours and water that is later processed by the sheeting rollers in the wet fried technology. A dosing group guarantees the constant and uniform feeding of the next units.

The main components of the unit are:

• a dosing group of the ours composed of a stainless steel hopper with paddle wheel and variable revolution dosing group;

• a liquid dosing group composed of a mixer valve of hot and cool water, modulating valve and ow regulator;

• a stainless steel mixing tank suitably shaped in order to reduce the product stagnation points of the product. The tank has an air-tight cap;

• a stainless steel dosing screw controlled by a synchronous three-phasic motor;

• a stainless steel dosing screw cylinder;

• a oating belt for distributing uniformly the dough in the forming rollers.
