AIR COOKING SYSTEM
In this unit, the product is heated by a hot air ow which is evenly distributed inside the machine. It is used for products that require a fast drying process with high temperature. In case of sweet coating direct expanded products or cereal flakes, the ACS is also employed after the seasoning unit to crystalize the superficial coating.
The unit is provided with:
a product-spreading unit on the 1st floor;
forced ventilation on the oor so as to avoid that the product sticks onto it;
internal heating and internal temperature control.
